What can I expect?
A Fairy-tale of an Amusement Park
Dating from 1843, Tivoli Gardens is still delighting visitors after almost two hundred years later! This fairground’s mix of thrills and attractions make for an enchanting atmosphere that brings together past, present, and future.
From the adrenaline-charged roller coasters to the gentle carousels, from the Ferris wheel to the plunging drop tower, Tivoli Gardens combines classic amusements with futuristic ones. Don’t miss the opportunity to ride one of the world's oldest wooden roller coasters. The park boasts an impressive array of cutting-edge rides as well, such as The Demon, a VR-enhanced heart-stopper, and Vertigo, in which you'll accelerate at five times the weight of gravity (trust us, that's fast!)
Once you've had your fill of the rides, take it easy and explore the stunning gardens and picturesque lakefront, and even catch a show or concert in the Pantomime Theater. There's always something special going on at Tivoli, so when planning your visit, check the website to see what you might catch on a particular day (Tip: on Friday nights in the summertime, the park offers hosts free rock concerts by Danish bands—and the occasional international superstar!)
